Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using KeyRing AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KeyRing AI is a multi-provider AI orchestration platform with a downloadable desktop application and a web-based account portal. Users provide their own API keys for external providers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
KeyRing AI does not provide AI model access directly. You must obtain and manage your own provider keys, and your use of external providers is subject to their terms and pricing.
By providing API keys, you connect directly to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, Groq, Cohere, DeepSeek, Together AI, Perplexity, ElevenLabs services. Usage is subject to each provider's terms of service and privacy policies. KeyRing AI does not provide these AI services directly and is not responsible for content generated by those models.
KeyRing AI is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, Groq, Cohere, DeepSeek, Together AI, Perplexity, ElevenLabs.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused service, or plan downgrades, except where required by applicable law.
Beta access purchases are one-time digital service purchases. Due to immediate access to digital deliverables, beta sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. License Keys
License keys are non-transferable and may be tied to machine activation. Sharing or reverse engineering license mechanisms is prohibited.
7. Data and Privacy
API keys, conversation data, and generated media remain local to your device. Website services store account and billing records only.
8. AI-Generated Content Notice
The Service provides access to third-party AI models that generate content (text, images, video, code, etc.) based on user prompts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or misleading statements
- AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
- You are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of any factual claims before relying on them
- AI-generated content does not reflect the views or endorsements of KeyRing AI or the underlying providers
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses related to external AI provider outages, pricing changes, or service terms.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in these Terms or in connection with the Service are the property of their respective owners. Specifically:

- Claude is a trademark of Anthropic Ireland, Limited
- Grok and xAI are trademarks of X.AI LLC
- Mistral is a trademark of Mistral AI
- Groq is a trademark of Groq Inc
- Cohere is a trademark of Cohere Inc
- DeepSeek is a trademark of DeepSeek
- Together AI is a trademark of Together Research Inc
- Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI Inc
- ElevenLabs is a trademark of ElevenLabs, Inc
- Other product names are trademarks of their respective holders
